With Champion´s Sous Vide Precision cooker you can prepare restaurant quality food at home – with a perfect result every time! CHSV510 is equipped with WiFi function an extra high power of 1200W. Sous Vide means "under vacuum" and has long been used in restaurants all over the world. By first vacuum-packing meat, fish, chicken or desired food and then lowering them into a perfectly tempered water, you will achieve fantastic results. You set your Sous Vide at the desired temperature, place it on the edge of container,start the timer and then the rest will take care of itself. Since the temperature is completely stable, there is no risk of cooking your food until it becomes dry. The temperature stays within an accuracy of +/- 0.1°C due to the circulating of the water. After cooking your food Sous Vide, if desired, fry in a hot pan. This will give eg. your steak a perfect surface.
